01

What designerbid.lol is

A paid leaderboard. You pay to hold a position on a public list of designers, studios and developers. Position is decided by the amount paid and nothing else — there is no ranking algorithm, no editorial selection, and no quality assessment. Being listed is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a review by us.

02

What you are buying

A position on a board for as long as nobody outbids you, and a link from that position to your site. You are not buying traffic, leads, clients, revenue, a minimum number of clicks, a minimum length of time at a position, or any guaranteed outcome. Anyone may pay more than you at any moment and take your position. That is the entire point of the product, and it is not a fault.

03

Payment

Bids are in US dollars. The minimum bid is $1 and taking a position costs the current holder's bid plus $1. A bid is pending until its payment settles and has no effect on the board before then; a failed or abandoned payment changes nothing and charges nothing. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

04

Your bid is a one-time payment, not a subscription

Raising your bid is a new, separate payment for the higher amount. Bids are not topped up, prorated, or refunded when someone outbids you. Dropping in rank does not entitle you to money back.

05

Refunds

We will refund you if we remove your listing through our own error, if you are charged twice for the same bid, or if a payment settles but your position never updates. Ask at harshit@wiredge.studio and we will look at it. We do not refund because you were outbid, because you changed your mind, or because the listing did not produce the results you hoped for. A refunded bid is removed from the board and everyone below moves back up.

06

Your listing

You confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the site and profile you submit, and that your name, description and links are accurate. Keep it accurate — a listing that misrepresents who you are may be removed.

07

What we remove

We remove listings that impersonate someone, misrepresent who runs them, link to malware, illegal material or adult content, infringe someone else's work, or exist to manipulate the board. Removal for these reasons does not earn a refund. We may also suspend an account that abuses the service. We will tell you why.

08

Clicks and the numbers we publish

A click is recorded when somebody follows your listing to your site. Repeat visits from the same visitor within a short window are recorded but not counted twice. We do not pad, estimate or purchase these numbers, and we do not guarantee any particular volume of them. Click counts are a measurement, not a promise.

09

Takeovers

A takeover costs 2× the standing #1 bid and places you at the top of the board for three hours. It rents the position; it does not change anyone's bid or real rank, and it ends automatically. Only one takeover runs at a time.

10

Your data

We store the listing you submit, the email you bid with, and the clicks your listing receives. We use your email to tell you when you are outbid and to let you sign in — nothing else. We do not sell it. Ask at harshit@wiredge.studio to have your listing and account removed.

11

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

12

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects people with live listings, we will email them before it takes effect. Prices in force when you bid are the prices that apply to that bid.
